Sierra Vista

I decided to do a painting for my boss for Christmas.  He had shown me a couple photos from a fishing trip he had been on in the Sierras, so one morning before he arrived to work, I went onto his computer and printed out one of the photos.  He really seemed to like it!

My new most favorite saying . . .

A friend gave me a wonderful book recently.  It's called Journal Spilling, by Diana Trout.  It's filled with mixed media techniques.  I came across this saying in the book:  "Be one with the gesso, Grasshopper".  So, I made a little card to represent the saying:
